IHG say Concierge Galleries product ‘will transform InterContinental brand’

IHG Hotels and Resorts says that its new product: Concierge Galleries will transform its InterContinental brand to offer a more immersive experience for guests. 

The new luxurious boutiques in hotel lobbies will feature interactive displays and informative features and, the group says, “serve as cultural connectors.”

Concierge desks will be replaced with interactive worktables, “enabling seamless communication between guests and the concierge team,”Elie Maalouf CEO of IHG says “to facilitate more natural interactions.”

The Timeshifter jet lag app will be provided to help guests adjust to new time zones effectively.

InterContinental is partnering with designer Isabelle Sjovall to optimize guestrooms for rejuvenation after travel, adapting physical spaces to meet evolving needs throughout the day.

The Incredible Occasions programme offers bookable event spaces within InterContinental hotels, including curated tablescapes and private masterclasses. Additionally, Celebration Suites are designed to elevate special occasions, offering an unparalleled experience and creating lasting memories.

IHG Hotels and Resorts plans to expand its InterContinental portfolio with new properties, with 93 properties already in the pipeline. This comprehensive transformation aims to solidify InterContinental’s position as a top luxury brand, catering to the needs of the modern luxury traveller.
