IndiGo Airlines is considering placing an order for 30 to 50 new ATR72-600 aircraft during the upcoming Paris Air Show scheduled for June 16 to June 22.
Negotiations for adding ATR72-600s to the fleet have reportedly been ongoing since 2024, with the potential to expand the order beyond 50 units.
The airline currently operates 48 ATR72-600 aircraft, with an average age of 4.8 years and a single-class layout accommodating 78 seats.
