InterContinental Hotels Group acquired Ruby Hotels, investing €110.5m, expanding its portfolio with 30 properties operational or in the pipeline.
Ruby Hotels, established in Germany in 2013, currently operates 20 properties across cities including Amsterdam, London, and Zurich.
With plans for rapid global expansion, IHG aims to grow the Ruby brand to over 120 hotels in ten years and 250 in twenty years, integrating existing properties by March 2026.
