The US reported 494,344 visits from Ireland in 2024, up 8.6pc on last year – down 5pc on pre pandemic.
The figures indicate Ireland was the 18th most important visitor market to the USA over the twelve months. The USA received 66.2m international visitors in 2024, according to preliminary figures, reaching pre-pandemic levels for the first time.
