Ireland’s 28th minister for Transport and 26th Minister for tourism will be named today at the second attempt after the Dáil was adjourned after a row over procedural issues.
The role of transport minister went to Darragh O’Brien. Peter Burke was named Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment.
Sean Canney of the Independent Alliance has been named super junior minister with responsibility for transport.
