Jaakko Eskola has been appointed as the executive chair of the Board of Directors for Meyer Turku Oy, bringing his extensive international maritime experience to the role.
CEO Tim Meyer noted the efforts made towards returning to profitability and highlighted the implementation of a modern ERP system and an improvement program at the Turku Shipyard.
Eskola expressed his enthusiasm about developing the shipyard further, particularly with the increasing market demand for sustainable shipbuilding.
