
JetBlue is discontinuing its New York JFK to London Gatwick route for summer 2025 while reinstating its seasonal service from Boston to London, operational from May 22 to October 24.
The summer seasonal services form Boston and New York to Dublin will commence earlier next year.
The airline is introducing two new seasonal transatlantic routes from Boston to Madrid and Edinburgh, both running from May 22 to October 24, 2025.
JetBlue’s CEO Joanna Geraghty emphasized a focus on profitability through cost reductions and route culling, reflecting the airline’s JetForward strategy to enhance its East Coast leisure network.
The airline will operate its A321 narrow-body aircraft on these routes, providing both economy and Mint business class options and launching its first-ever airport lounges at Boston and JFK by late 2025.
