Kenmare Bay Hotel has unveiled 50 state-of-the-art electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at a cost of €200k, which it says make it one of the most advanced EV destinations in the country.

The move is part of the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and innovation, aiming to reduce its carbon footprint and promote sustainable tourism practices.

The EV charging stations were installed in response to the growing demand for eco-friendly travel options and the preferences of environmentally conscious travellers.
