The Port of Le Havre will open its first two new terminals this autumn and a third by April 2026. The new facilities aim to accommodate up to 13,500 passengers per day, enhancing passenger flow and services. Total project costs are estimated at €120m involving both new terminals and the installation of shore power.
The region anticipates 137 cruise ship calls in 2025, with a long-term target of 600,000 annual passengers by 2030. The terminals are part of a broader development plan prioritising environmental responsibility and quality of service.
