Lough Erne Resort has released details of A Sparkling Evening with Bollinger for Friday 27 February at 7pm featuring a seven-course pairing dinner with Champagne Bollinger and wines from Langlois-Chateau.
Export manager for Bollinger UK Dan Ruell will host the event which includes a champagne reception and pairings such as Lough Neagh Smoked Trout with Special Cuvée brut and Thorn Hill Duck Breast with Saumur-Champigny Rouge. The menu draws on Bollinger’s family heritage since 1829.
Tickets cost £115 per person with optional overnight stays from £209.50 per person including breakfast. Spaces are limited and reservations are required through the resort website or phone. The evening appeals to champagne and wine enthusiasts with local and Old-World flavours.
