Manchester City Football Club announced the new hotel, The Medlock, part of the £300m redevelopment of the Etihad Stadium’s North Stand.

The hotel, set to join the Radisson Blu portfolio, will feature 401 rooms and suites, aiming for a late 2026 opening.

The redevelopment will increase the stadium’s capacity to 60,000 and include additional facilities like a roof walk, museum, and office space.

The Medlock will provide accommodation for visitors to both the stadium and the nearby Co-op Live arena.

Radisson Hotel Group has recently partnered with multiple UK sports stadiums, including Twickenham and Edgbaston Cricket Ground, showcasing an expanding presence in the sports sector.
