MSC Cruises will be the largest player in the Mediterranean in 2024, operating 16 ships, followed by Costa Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Line with eight ships each, while Royal Caribbean International and AIDA Cruises each have five ships in the region, with several other major cruise brands also contributing significant capacity in the Mediterranean.
