Jake McHugh has been appointed as the new General Manager of the Grand Central Hotel Belfast as of March 10th, 2025.
McHugh brings over 20 years of international hospitality experience, having held senior roles in luxury hotels across Europe, Asia, and Australia.
His vision includes improving the food and beverage offerings, introducing innovative menus, and focusing on locally sourced ingredients.
Plans for the hotel’s concierge services involve personalised itineraries to showcase the best of Belfast, enhancing the overall guest experience.
