
Cunard has announced that Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux will conduct four Le Gavroche at Sea ropo-up esidencies across four Fjords voyages in 2025 aboard the Queen Anne and Queen Mary 2 between April and August.
Guests onboard the Queen Mary 2 and Queen Anne can experience the culinary creations of Chef Roux during the Le Gavroche takeovers at The Verandah and Sir Samuels, where tailored menus featuring seafood specialties and culinary classics will be offered.
Katie McAlister, president of Cunard, expressed excitement for the Le Gavroche at Sea residencies, highlighting the unique experiences the renowned chef will bring to guests onboard by creating special menus and hosting exclusive events.
Reservations for Le Gavroche at Sea will be available for an additional cost, with a limited number of guests accommodated each evening at The Verandah and Sir Samuels. Chef Roux will also introduce a new elevated seafood concept and engage guests through live cooking demonstrations, Insight Speaker sessions, and book signing opportunities throughout the voyages.
