Cork on a Fork Fest has announced new events for its August programme, including The Pembroke Street Table, a shared outdoor dining experience on Sunday 16 August in the middle of Pembroke Street.
One hundred diners will enjoy a shared 3-course lunch featuring dishes from Helena’s at The Imperial, Orso Kitchen, Arthur Mayne’s, The Old Town Taqueria Café, and The Bookshelf, along with live music. The RTÉ Today Show Chef Collaboration at No. 1 Lapps Quay features TV chefs Eunice Power, Alex Petit, and Mags Roche for a one-night-only dinner.
The Counting House, the former Beamish & Crawford site acquired by Cork City Council, has been announced as the venue for the Counting House Drinks Theatre with Tastings. Free hourly events will run throughout the weekend for +18s. Fire, Food and Fort offers free barbecue demonstrations within the historic walls of Elizabeth Fort on Friday 14 August, hosted by Samuel McKenna and sponsored by SuperValu.
Other new events include Cork Meets Brazil Feast at The Bookshelf, Shaken and Served at Gallaghers, and the Glenbrook Yoga Brunch at Glenbrook Farm on Sunday 16 August. The festival runs from 12-16 August 2026 with more than 150 food experiences across the city. The festival is supported by Cork City Council, Fáilte Ireland, and headline sponsor Musgrave.
