MSC Cruises has cancelled the MSC Euribia repositioning voyage scheduled for 4 April 2026 from Dubai to Kiel due to security concerns in the Red Sea region.

The 29-night cruise was set to visit destinations in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, and the United Kingdom.

The cancellation ensures safe transit across the Red Sea and Suez Canal amid ongoing geopolitical issues. Affected guests can cancel for a full refund, transfer to another MSC Grand Voyage of similar duration at the most convenient fare, or move to any other cruise without a change fee, paying any fare differences. Passenegrs are advised to contact travel insurance for expenses like flights, transport, and hotels.

MSC Cruises shared in a written statement: “Considering that the ongoing geopolitical situation still does not allow us to guarantee a safe transit across the Red Sea and the Suez Canal, we had to cancel MSC Euribia’s Grand Voyage.”
