MSC Cruises has appointed Elia Congiu as the Chief Operating Officer for its Cruise Division in Geneva, Switzerland.
The new position aims to support the brand’s growth, lead transformation projects, and enhance efficiency and synergy across the Cruise Division.
Elia Congiu, with 11 years of experience at MSC, previously served as Chief HR Officer for the Cruise Division, overseeing the Global HR organization and possessing deep knowledge of the company and its culture. His new role will be effective from next month, and his successor will be announced soon.
