MSC Cruises is enhancing its loyalty programme, the MSC Voyagers Club, by introducing a new tier, Blue Diamond, which offers exclusive rewards for its most loyal guests.
The Blue Diamond tier adds benefits such as a free onboard internet package for one device, flexible check-in, priority embarkation and luggage drop-off, complimentary shuttle tickets in selected ports, and invitations to meet-and-greet events with the ship’s captain.
Members in both the Blue Diamond and Diamond tiers will enjoy top priority for cabin upgrades, alongside existing perks like complimentary specialty dining and spa access for Diamond members.
The program’s membership validity has been extended from three to five years, allowing guests more time to advance through tiers, with the new Blue Diamond tier exclusively available through MSC Cruises rather than the Status Match Program from other travel loyalty systems.
