Le Graal Cortina a boutique Alpine retreat with 30 rooms including 13 suites is due to open this winter in Cortina d’Ampezzo. The property is housed in a reimagined 1920s palazzo designed by Italian architect Achille Salvagni. The hotel adds to the growing range of luxury hospitality options in the Italian Dolomites.
Guests have direct access to the region’s premier ski slopes and Cortina’s historic centre. The spa includes an indoor pool, sauna, hammam, cryotherapy room and treatment spaces. The property offers three dining and lounge spots including Le Monsù serving contemporary Sicilian twists, Le Café an all-day bistro and pâtisserie and Le Graal Bar for negronis and spritzes.
The region is experiencing a luxury hospitality boom with The First Cortina by The Pavilions opening in early December 2026 with 76 rooms and the renowned Japanese restaurant Zuma. Mandarin Oriental Cristallo is undergoing a multi-year overhaul and is slated to reopen in 2027 with 83 mountain-view rooms.
