The Pembroke in Washington DC’s Irish owned Dupont Circle hotel is launching “Sunday Supper,” a new monthly dining experience that celebrates food, family, and friendship, featuring a family-style prix-fixe meal on the first Sunday of each month.
Each dinner will showcase different cherished family recipes prepared by team members using fresh ingredients sourced from the Dupont Circle Farmers Market.
Kicking off on October 6, nwew Executive Chef Christian Welch will present a Sicilian menu that includes dishes like Porchetta, Sfincione, Panelle, and Ricotta Cake with braised stone fruit.
Sunday Supper aims to foster community connection, inviting guests to gather at a communal table to share meals, make new friends, and embrace a sense of togetherness.
