The 69-bedroom Keadeen Hotel, now under the ownership of the O’Callaghan family, celebrated this new chapter with a welcome event, emphasising their commitment to maintaining a legacy of community involvement and hospitality in Newbridge.

Planning permission will be sought for fifty further bedrooms in the coming weeks.

The O’Callaghan family plans to invest significantly in the hotel, intending to enhance facilities, upgrade the leisure center, and add more bedrooms to attract visitors and enrich the local area.

Michael Masterson, a local and experienced hotelier who previously managed the Cliff at Lyons and the Crowne Plaza in Santry, has been appointed as the new General Manager, aiming to lead the hotel into a new phase of growth while honoring its rich heritage within the community and the tourism sector.

Established in 1970, The Keadeen Hotel ihas a long standing reputation for accommodations and public spaces, with capacity for 400 in its ballroom, and unique wedding venue offerings, including outdoor settings, all situated within beautifully landscaped gardens an hour from Dublin.
