Villa Vie Residences shared a video update of the Odyssey’s drydock progress in Belfast ahead of its Continual World Cruise departing May 30. The ship, formerly known as MS Braemar, underwent enhancements such as pool deck renovations and refurbishing all 480 cabins.

The video showcases the preparation of the ship for a high-pressure wash and stocking with hotel supplies as part of the drydock process at the Harland and Wolff shipyard, where the Odyssey entered drydock on April 28.

Originally scheduled to depart on May 15 from Southampton, the Villa Vie Odyssey’s journey has been rescheduled for May 30, now departing from Belfast, due to operational enhancements.

Director of Technical Operations Charlie Kinnear said: “After the preliminary inspection, we’re very pleased with what we’re seeing so far. No major dents, no major problems that we can see. It’s a good day!”
