Mairéad Ó Hagan Anderson proprietor of Killybegs Seafood Shack Killbegs posted on social media that she advertised for a job for a commis or a chef de partie a few weeks ago.

Wages will depend on experience. Not one application. I’m not sure what is going to happen to restaurants. It’s very worrying.”

Garry and Mairead O’Hagan Anderson won the top award in the All-Ireland Chowder championship in 2019.
