Windward has appointed Paul Earley as the General Manager of Connemara Coast Hotel, following his extensive experience in the hospitality industry that includes roles in Switzerland, the UK (including at London Marriott Hotel, Park Lane), and various positions in Ireland.
A graduate of the Shannon College of Hotel Management, Paul returned to Ireland in 2014 and served in roles such as Assistant General Manager at Dunraven Arms Hotel in Adare, Deputy General Manager at Aghadoe Heights Hotel and Spa, Deputy General Manager at Lyrath Estate, and General Manager at Dunraven Arms Hotel.
