Pembroke Hotel Kilkenny returns to market with new floor of luxury suites

Pembroke Hotel Kilkenny has introduced an entirely new floor of luxury suites as part of a €3m investment and two-year building project.

The hotel now features 11 new suites, all with panoramic views of iconic landmarks such as Kilkenny Castle and St Canice’s Cathedral.

Pembroke’s dining experience, “Stathams,” has won a reputaiont for its focus on local produce and has earned awards for Best Casual Dining in Leinster. Top chef Ken Harker, who previously worked in Michelin Star properties, has been leading the team for several years.

Owner John Ryan shared, “This project enhances the hotel, builds on our landmark location, and celebrates the legacy of the site that came before us.”
