PPHE Hotel Group has been granted approval for a mixed-use development including an 186-room lifestyle hotel in London’s South Bank
The project will include a 15-storey building with a hotel, office space, and public areas such as a dining bar and cafe
The building’s design aims for a Breeam ‘Excellent’ environmental accreditation
PPHE Hotel Group plans to provide further updates on the investment and timings for the project, which will be their 11th hotel in London and contribute to their growing London portfolio of 3,900 rooms.
