Premier Inn has announced plans to build its largest hotel in the north of England, featuring 276 rooms, located within the MIX MANCHESTER development near Manchester Airport.
The hotel will be approximately 400 meters from Terminals 1 and 2, aligning with the site’s transformation into a leading science, innovation, and manufacturing campus.
The project will include the brand’s latest room designs, Premier Plus options, and The Social public space on the ground floor.
An application for the hotel development is expected to be submitted by the end of the year, with construction anticipated to start in early 2025 upon approval.
