Love by Britto is Princess Cruises’ newest culinary offering aboard the Sun Princess, featuring a seven-course menu created in collaboration between artist Romero Britto and chef Rudi Sodamin.
The dining experience includes unique dishes such as Oysters with Lemongrass Kafir, Tuna and Avocado, Cappuccino of Wild Mushroom soup, and heart-shaped Chocolate Lava Cake for dessert.
The venue on deck 17 showcases Britto’s colorful designs and offers an immersive dining experience with ocean views.
Love by Britto has a cover charge of $79 per person and offers love-themed cocktails such as Strawberry Love Potion and Espresso My Love. Reservations can be made through the Princess app before the cruise.
Seven new love-themed cocktails are available, including:
- Strawberry Love Potion – Tequila Rose, Disaronno Amaretto, Chambord, Strawberries
- Expresso My Love – Jameson, OM Chocolate Liqueur, Disaronno Amaretto, Demerara, Chocolate Bitters, Espresso
- Britto Coupe – Grey Goose Strawberry and Lemongrass, Aperol, Cointreau, Lime, Strawberries
