Qatar Airways has launched a fare sale as it readies itself to take on established rivals Emirates and Etihad Airways in the competitive Irish market.
It has just launched its latest Travel Festival promotion, with business and economy fares aimed at the Irish market for booking made until January 16.
Qatar Airways is offering new destinations, including Auckland and Canberra, for travel between the Irish launch dates of June 12 and December 15. In all, 150 destinations are included in the promotion.
Fares include Sydney from €849 per person, the Seychelles from €589, or Auckland from €879 per person on qatarairways.com or through sales agents. It also has a tie-in deal with Visa, with extra discounts of up to 15%, and 10% off Accor Hotels booked through the airline’s website.
