Princess Cruises is changing dining options across its fleet to a new system offering three table service options – traditional, reservable, and walk-in anytime, along with the OceanNow service for ordering anywhere on board.
Each ship in the fleet will have designated dining rooms for the three table service options, catering to guest preferences for traditional dining, reservable dining times, or open seating for walk-ins anytime.
The new dining formats have been successful on the Sun Princess and will be implemented fleetwide starting on April 15, 2024, for voyages departing on or after September 14, 2024.
Guests can use an app starting June 17 to choose between traditional seating with the same waiter and table each night, or flexible dining options in the Reservable or Open Seating dining rooms. Specialty dining and higher-tier accommodations will not be affected by these changes.
