Radisson Blu Belfast to rebrand as Gasworks hotel

Cliste Hospitality, in partnership with Warren Private, has acquired the former Radisson Blu Hotel in Belfast.

The hotel will undergo a £3.5m refurbishment over the next nine months and be temporarily rebranded as The Gasworks Hotel.

The refurbishment will include upgrades to the reception, bar, restaurant, conference facilities, and guest bedrooms.

After the refurbishment, The Gasworks Hotel will join the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) as part of its voco brands.

Cliste Hospitality currently operates 13 hotels under The iNUA Collection brand in Ireland.

All current employees will have the opportunity to continue working with the business, and all existing room reservations and events will be honoured.

The Gasworks Hotel, formerly Radisson Blu Hotel, Belfast, is located in the historic Gasworks district of Belfast, just off the Ormeau Road. With 120 bedrooms, a bar, restaurant and extensive conference facilities, the hotel is within walking distance of Belfast city centre and suited for both business and leisure guests.
