Dublin is a target location for the rebranded July Hotel Group, formerly the CityID Group. The initial collection will consist of two existing hotels in Amsterdam: The July – Boat & Co and The July – Twenty Eight.
A third property, ID Aparthotel, will be renamed ID Aparthotel by The July to distinguish it from the other hotels in the group.
The July Hotels brand plans to expand globally with the addition of three more properties, including The July – Dublin, The July – London and a Lisbon property with a central interior garden and swimming pool.
The July Hotels said in a statement it “aims to offer premium life-centred apartment-hotels, with amenities such as fully equipped kitchens, personal welcome notes, honesty bars, bikes for guests to use, and recipe books in apartments. The brand seeks to capture the energetic and exciting vibe of July, where work and play come together seamlessly, and guests can feel that energy at every location worldwide.”
