Results will be available on Tuesday to an Aer Lingus pilots vote on a proposal from the Labour Court to end a pay dispute, which includes pay increases and changes to an overnight allowance.
If accepted, normal industrial relations will resume, including a reversal of disciplinary actions taken against pilots during the dispute.
The clarification from the Labour Court also addressed structural changes and taxation of the overnight allowance, but final approval from Ialpa members will not be known until next week.
The proposal includes pay rises worth a total of 17.75pc over four years, increases to an overnight allowance, and a significant debt write-off for pilots.
