Royal Caribbean International plans to introduce two new cruise ships in 2024 – the Icon of the Seas and the Utopia of the Seas.

Icon, the world’s largest cruise ship, features a large water park and a unique venue called AquaDome, while Utopia can host 5,714 guests and will offer short cruises from Port Canaveral to the Bahamas.

The company is also set to return to China after a four-year hiatus, offering a series of cruises for the domestic market on the Spectrum of the Seas, which will voyage from Shanghai to various destinations, including Cheju in South Korea and Nagasaki in Japan.

Enhancements to Royal Caribbean’s private island destination, Perfect Day at CocoCay in The Bahamas, include the addition of Hideaway Beach, a new venue with a capacity of 13,000 guests per day, set to debut in January 2024.
