
Work has commenced on the new cruise terminal being developed by the Royal Caribbean Group in PortMiami. The facility will replace Terminal G as part of a $345 million project with completion expected by autumn 2027.
The project aims for LEED Silver certification and will host up to 7,000 passengers per call.
The new design separates passenger flow by floor to enhance circulation and reduce congestion during embarkation.
Royal Caribbean will also construct a new office campus at PortMiami, expected to be finished by 2026.
