Deka Immobilien has acquired the Ruby Molly Hotel in Dublin for approximately €86m.
This purchase marks the operator’s first property in Ireland, expanding the Ruby Hotel brand’s presence.
The transaction was made with Creekvale, a subsidiary of the real estate investment manager ESR Group.
Ongoing investment activity in the Irish hotel market is expected to reach €750m in 2025 having surpassed €1bn in 2024.
