Ryanair has filed a civil case seeking over €3,000 in damages in Polish courts against a passenger for disruptive behaviour during flight FR7124.

The incident occurred on 9 January, when the flight from Berlin to Marrakesh was diverted to Seville due to the passenger’s actions.

The disruption impacted 170 passengers and 6 crew members, forcing them to experience unnecessary inconvenience.

Ryanair has issued a 5-year travel ban to the disruptive passenger and reported the individual to the Guardia Civil.

The airline maintains a strict zero tolerance policy towards passenger misconduct to ensure safe and respectful travel experiences for all.
