Ryanair have reported annual figures for 2024 of 197.2m passengers, up 29.4pc on pre-pandemic for the year and 21.4pc on pre-pandemic for the month, and up 8pc on 2023 in both cases.
The airline operated a total of 77,380 flights during the month.
The figures secure Ryanair’s position as Europe’s largest airline by a margin of 67m passengers.
Load factor was 94pc for the year and 92pc for the month. The December figure was 13.6m passengers, also up 8pc on 2023.
