Buswells Hotel on Molesworth Street has reported a sale has been agreed as it reported revenues had risen 17pc to €4.88m and back to pre pandemic levels.
At the end of 2023, businessman Eamonn Waters was said to have agreed to buy the hotel for €16.4m.
GM Paul Gallagher is to become CEO of the Irish Hotels Federation on January 6.
