This year marks the 10th anniversary of SH Hotels, with the first 1 Hotels properties opened in Miami and New York in 2015.
Expansion plans entail new hotels in cities including Seattle, Melbourne, and Tokyo, alongside upcoming openings in Manchester and Dubai.
The mission focuses on providing luxurious, sustainable experiences while staying true to a customer-centric approach in hospitality.
