New York (5,719), London (5,632) and Dubai (5,344)follow closely, with other projected room additions include Chengdu (4,821), Makkah, (4,749), Shenzhen (3,946), Qatar (3,936), Istanbul (3,920), Kuala Lumpur (3,841) and Riyadh (3,485).
Four hotels anticipated in London include Six Senses London, Hyatt Regency London Olympia, citizenM London Olympia, and The Chancery Rosewood.
The Asia-Pacific region is projected to see the highest number of room additions in 2025, with a total of 228,468 compared to other regions.
