Sheila O’Riordan’s HPG buys 48-bed Marine Hotel in Sutton for €10m

The Marine Hotel in Sutton, Dublin, has been sold for more than its €10m guide price to Hotels Properties Limited, owned by Sheila O’Riordan.

The acquisition supports Hotels Properties’ strategy to expand its portfolio, which currently includes 17 hotels and guesthouses in key locations.

This marks the third hotel sale in Dublin in two months, following the Grand Hotel in Malahide sold for about €55m and The Fleet in Temple Bar priced at €45m. Total hotel transactions passed €1bn in 2024, posted but ehe ale fo the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin, and are expected to reach €750m this year.

Established in 1897, the Marine Hotel features 48 guestrooms and various amenities, and it is situated on a unique seafront site with views of Dublin Bay.
