Silversea Cruises has changed the schedule of Silver Moon, due to the geopolitical situation in the Red Sea.
Initially, the ship was offering a ten-night cruise to Oman from Aqaba, Jordan, but the final port was changed to return to Aqaba instead of proceeding to the Middle East.
However, Silversea has now cancelled the Jordan return due to escalated tensions in the region and instead, the Silver Moon has proceeded to Europe via the Suez Canal.
Silversea has prioritized the safety and security of its guests and provided them with air transport, airport transfers, and overnight accommodation when necessary. The Silver Moon will continue its journey to Asia via South Africa and the Cape of Good Hope.
