Singapore Airlines is offering $25,000 compensation for serious injuries and $10,000 to those with minor injuries from the turbulence incident on flight SQ321.

The flight experienced extreme turbulence, dropping 54 meters in altitude in under five seconds while over Myanmar.

Tragically, an English man lost his life during the incident, and many passengers suffered severe brain and spinal injuries.

The airline’s compensation payments were made to address the physical and emotional impact of the turbulent flight on the affected passengers.
