Singapore Airlines has partnered with celebrity chef Monica Galetti to create exclusive inflight menus for premium customers on Heathrow flights, featuring seasonal offerings from October 2024 to November 2025.
The menus are inspired by Galetti’s South Pacific roots and French culinary training, with distinct four-course meals for first class and suites, and a different three-course menu for business class.
Each seasonal menu includes a range of gourmet dishes, such as yellowfin tuna oka, confit lamb, and lobster salad, paired with a curated wine collection by experts including Oz Clarke.
This collaboration enhances Singapore Airlines’ reputation for premium inflight dining, as part of its ongoing partnership with several world-famous chefs through its International Culinary Panel.
Singapore Airlines has a reputation for working with celebrated chefs for its inflight dining service, and currently works with five world-renowned chefs as part of its International Culinary Panel – including chefs Matt Moran and Georges Blanc
Premium passengers can also request meals from the carrier’s ‘Book the Cook’ service at least 24 hours prior to their flight departure, which features a selection of dishes created by the panel.
Other airlines that partner with celebrity chefs include British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Delta, Qantas, SWISS and Thai Airways.
