Ryanair has launched its summer 2026 schedule at Bournemouth Airport featuring 20 routes with an exciting addition of a direct service to Trapani in Sicily marking the first time this destination will be served from the south coast airport.

This expansion forms part of Ryanair’s continued growth strategy at regional airports and aims to provide greater connectivity for passengers seeking both beach holidays and cultural escapes.

Frequencies have been boosted on three existing popular routes including Alicante and Malaga as well as Edinburgh offering more opportunities for city breaks.

The enhanced schedule will deliver increased seat capacity throughout the peak summer months allowing travellers from the south of England more flexibility when planning getaways. Ryanair emphasised that the new services will bring even more low fare options to local customers who previously had limited direct flight choices from Bournemouth.
