A TikTok user who filled a pillowcase with belongings and argued it was for use a pillow while boarding a Frontier Airlines flight at Orlando International Airport was denied boarding and then featured in a widely shared video, appropriately, on TikTok.
A frequently reposted pillowcase hack suggested that TikTok users might bypass airline carry-on charges by stuffing a pillowcase with clothes and carrying that on, alongside your carry on luggage.
The man declined to pay the appropriate fee for an additional carry-on and argued he was bringing a pillow on board, before offering to pay after the doors closed. Another TikTok user @natashaorganic recorded and distributed the incident.
