Tourism Ireland and 25 tourism companies from Ireland specialising in Business Events engaged in 750 commercial meetings with global meeting and event planners at the Meetings Show in London as part of the ‘Meet in Ireland’ team, promoting Ireland’s world-class infrastructure, luxurious accommodation, state-of-the-art venues, spectacular landscapes, warm hospitality, and hospitality for meetings, incentive travel, and events of all sizes.
Tourism Ireland’s goal is to enable thousands of commercial Business Events meetings this year, connecting Irish tourism partners with overseas buyers to grow Business Events and support businesses across the island, aligning with the strategy to grow overseas tourism revenue outside of the peak summer season.
