Trim Castle Hotel has appointed Antun Simunovic as its new General Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality with successful roles at InterContinental London – The O2 and Sheraton Athlone Hotel with Marriott International.
Antun’s expertise in operations, events management, and leadership was honed through various roles in hotels and luxury establishments, starting from his passion for the hospitality industry during his academic studies in Tourism Destination Management at the University of Dubrovnik and working as a Hotel Porter.
Antun will oversee all aspects of Trim Castle Hotel, aiming to enhance financial and operational performance while focusing on creating exceptional guest experiences, with his return to Ireland welcomed by The Johnstown Collection as he leads the hotel into its next phase of growth.
