
TUI River Cruises is set to enhance its onboard menu for summer 2025 by introducing three new dishes inspired by the destinations their cruises explore, developed through the brand’s “Culinary Voyages” competition.
The new culinary offerings will include “Zamburinas alla Passau,” a German-inspired main course, “Sisi’s Secret,” a cocktail with Austrian historical influences, and a reimagined version of the classic Austrian dessert “Kaissechmarrn.”
Katy Berzins, head of TUI River Cruises, emphasized the value of showcasing personal choice and flexibility in the culinary options available to passengers, highlighting the talent within their food and beverage team.
These new dishes are designed to connect diners with the cultural richness of the destinations visited, demonstrating TUI’s commitment to enhancing the overall river cruising experience for guests across their European fleet.
